Subject: Countermeasure for a malfunction (see symptom for details).
Symptom: 1) After setting the "Surround B = Front B" at the "Power Amp
assign", if the Front B was used at the STEREO mode, other channel (Surround
A) other than the Front B is outputted simultaneously.
2) At the serial control from the Ethernet, the unit is incapable of responding to
the request command during the STANDBY mode.
Solution: Corrected the MICON Software.
MODIFICATION: Please install the Exclusive Writer Software to a PC and rewrite
your customer's unit upon claim. (Please refer to the supplied rewriting
procedures.)
