Subject: Correction of the Firmware.
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: 1) We have received several reports from customers that AVR-
391's will freeze intermittently. Controls do not work.
2) When signal level is changed, the AutoDetect function might not work
properly, and then sound might not be produced.
Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
Please refer to Service Manual.
Time necessary for update: approximately 10 min.

Firmware Version :
Confirming the firmware's number after upgrading:
Plug AC cord into power outlet while pressing both the "DIMMER" button and
"STATUS" button on the front panel simultaneously. Push "STATUS" Button
then the version of the firmware is indicated.
