CHANGE NO: 39 REF NO :ÜDM-836

AFFECTED MODELS: ALL MODELS INCLUDING 11AK19 CHASSIS WITH SECAM-L + PLL TYPE TUNER.

START DATE : 03/11/1998 REASONS OF CHANGE: SOUND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT. NOTE 1: This transistor (Q501) must be placed so that the base of it will be in the place of collector pin ("C") which is shown on the component side of the chassis. In this case collector pin will be inserted instead of the base pin ("B") marked on the PCB. As the emitter pin is in the middle, there will be no change on the position of this pin. In other words place this transistor so that it points the reverse direction that is marked on the PCB. NOTE 2: One end of this cable must be soldered to jumper S510 in 11AK19-8 (to J263 in 11AK19-5 chassis). The other hand must be connected to the collector of Q501 ( to the pin which is marked as "B" on the PCB). This connection should be done under the PCB. NOTE 3: Pinning diagram of Q501 (BF240).
