Model: AVR-5308CI, AVR-5308ACI, AVP-A1HDCI, AVP-A1HDACI
Subject: Correction of the Trigger out Circuit.
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: (1) The unit shuts down a moment after tuning power ON.
(2) No voltage on "Trigger out".
Solution: Replace and remove the following capacitors.
MODIFICATION:
1) Remove the "CPU UNIT (1U-3821-1)" board. (Regarding DISASSEMBLY the
unit, please refer the Page 9 of the Service Manual.)
2) Delete C124, C129, C135, and C137 on part side of the CPU UNIT.
3) Change C122, C130, C131, and C132 on part side of the CPU UNIT from
"4.7u/6.3" to "0.1u/25v".
4) Check whether transistorsTR104, TR106, TR111, and TR118 are functioning
normally.
5) Re-assemble the unit.
