DISASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Using the unlock key that came with the unit or a similar tool, unlock the Mounting Box and remove toward
the rear of the unit.
2. Take out the Top Cover.
3. Remove two screws (A) from on the main board and remove two screws (B) from on the rear cabinet.
4. Remove two screws (C) from under the front deck bracket and remove the Front Deck Bracket.
Remove two screws (D) from under the rear deck bracket then remove the Deck and the Rear Deck
Bracket.
5. Remove two screws (E) from the front bracket.
6. Remove two screws (F) from each side of the bottom cabinet.
Remove two screws (G) from the front bracket of the left side then remove the Left Slide Support.
Remove two screws (H) from the front bracket of the right side then remove the Right Slide Support and the
Front Bracket.
7. Take out the Ring and remove two screws (I) from each side of the Panel then remove the Panel and the (U)
Guide Bar ASS'Y.
8. Remove the screw (J) from the Heat Sink (Y) then remove the Antenna Socket J-020-03 S. Hole..
9. Remove two screws (K) and three screws (L) from the Heat Sink (Y) then remove the Heat Sink (Y).
10. Remove the screw (M) from the rear cabinet then remove the 20PIN Plug W/2RCA W/O SW.
11. Remove the screw (N) from on the main board then remove the Main Board.
12. Remove two screws (O) from each side of the bottom cabinet then remove the Bottom Cabinet and the Rear
Cabinet
