Subject: Countermeasure for malfunction when using the Wired Remote
Control.
Symptom: Lock-up of the unit occurs when the "POWER OFF" button on the
Remote Control is pressed.
Solution: Updated the Firmware.
Please upgrade the "PANEL MICON" of the unit when the customer brings the
unit in for service for the reason outlined in the symptom or for any other reason.
Upgrading Procedures of the "Back-end MICON" and "Panel MICON"
1. Use two blank CD-R Discs. Record the supplied data files for upgrading on
the CD-R Discs individually and separately. Record only one of the following data
file per CD-R Disc.
