Subject: Countermeasure for improving a Digital Output malfunction.
Symptom: The referenced models have been designed based on the
specification that the Dolby signal is output prior to other signals.
Solution: The microprocessor Firmware has been changed so the DTS signal
is output prior to other signals.
MODIFICATION: (Upon Claim only) Record the following program files together
onto one blank CD-R disc and create a CD-R disc for upgrading. Then, please
refer to the updating procedures in the Service Manual and update your
customer's unit upon claim.
