SERVICE INFORMATION
The CS-2114 is built on the same non-clamshell type design as the CS-2014. The CS-2114
incorporates a standard 30 sheet Automatic Document Feeder, enabling large sets of
documents to be copied very easily. It is capable of producing 14 Letter size copies per minute
and has one of the shortest paper paths in its class. This innovative design not only creates a
fast 5.8 second First Copy Out Time (FCOT) but is also a key factor in eliminating paper
misfeeds. Finally, this model incorporates the same technology as the CS-2014, utilizing a
humidity / temperature sensor that monitors and controls inputs for toner and developer control,
exposure, transfer output, and drum surface potential correction.

and maintenance issues. To get started with the CS-2114, each Dealer must be certified on the
CS-2014. The CS-2014 Video Training Kit P/N 89919565 can be ordered through your Regional
Office.
