PROBLEM: There is a possibility that malfunction "C0110" may at times occur due to the malfunctioning corona wire
cleaning mechanism of the image transfer/paper separator coronas unit (01).
CAUSE: The corona wire cleaner moves back and forth on the corona wire, controlled as detailed below. If,
however, there are variations in the accuracy of parts of the image transfer/paper separator coronas unit
(01), the cleaner reaches the very end of the screw of the transport shaft (02) and goes beyond the screw
part before 11.6 sec. elapse after the cleaning motor (M8) has started turning forward.
SOLUTION: The screw part of the transport shaft (02) has been made longer to give allowance for the cleaner
motion.
