IMPROVEMENT ON CARKIT DETECTION

In some cases the phone has not started charging, when placing the phone
in power off -state to Active Car Holder (MCC-2). Only phones with layout
version SM4_15 can suffer from this occasional insufficient detection.

Following change can improve the detection and it has been implemented in
production since serial number 350001/15/105600/3:

Assemble resistor R260 to the place of unassembled capacitor C260 (see
picture below)

When phone is in Power On -state, resistor R260 is shorted by transistor
V221, but when phone is in Power Off -state, carkit detection is made by
pulling down SGND-line with resistor R260.
