NEW SERVICE SOFTWARE V311.07.00

New service software version 311.07.00 has been released for NHM-5 and
NHM-6

Changes made from version 311.06.00 to version 311.07.00:

- Power Amplifier dependent TX Power tuning targets (displayed in the TX
Power Tuning dialog) added
- Full Factory option added to Set Factory Values

Note 1: User setting transfer of Screen Savers feature is missing

Note 2: The latest FPS-4 device list (version 1.37) has to be used when
flashing NHM-6.
