NEW SERVICE SOFTWARE VERSION 241.11.00

New service software version 241.11.00 has been released for NSE-8
phones.

Changes made from version 241.05.00 to version 241.11.00:

- Improvements when flashing using the flash only menu
- Number of market areas supported is increased to 150
- New product profiles added: Special Operator Select, Reread after OTA
and Extended GID Lock
- The Quick Info window is made wider to show all SIM lock information
