11 Disassembly and Reassembly
This section of the service manual describes the disassembly and reassembly procedures for the TFT-LCD
TV.
WARNING : This monitor contains electrostatically sensitive devices. Use caution when
handling these components.
11-1 Disassembly
Cautions : 1. Disconnect the monitor from the power source before disassembly.
2. Follow these directions carefully; never use metal instruments to pry apart the
cabinet.

1. Place monitor face down on cushioned table.
Remove screws from the Stand.
Remove stand.

2. Remove the screws of rear-cover.
3. Lift up the rear-cover.
Remove the screws of IP board's shield case.

4. Remove the screws of main board's shield case.
Disconnect the cable of fan before lifting up the
shield case of main board.
5. Remove the screws of boards and power inlet.

6. Remove the screw of Side AV assy.
Lift up Left and Right speaker.
7. Remove the screws of BKLT

8. Lift up the BKLT.
9. Remove the screws of panel's BKLT and lift up
the panel.
Another MOSEL models are almost same to
disassemble.
