Model: DN-X500, DN-X900
Subject: 1) Change of the Integrated circuit (IC106, IC206, IC306 and
IC406).
2) Modification of the CPU PWB. (For the parts change of IC106, IC206, IC306
and IC406.)
3) Change of the Integrated circuit (IC906). *DN-X900 only.
This is information only.
Symptom: 1) The parts changed from "M51132L" to "R2A15221SP".
2) It is shape changes from "DIP (14pin)" to "SOP (16pin)".
3) The parts changed from "CS8405A-CZZ" to "CS8406-CZZ". (*DN-X900 only)
Cause: 1) Production end of the Integrated circuit.
2) Because there is no parts of the same shape.
3) Production end of the Integrated circuit. *DN-X900 only
Solution:
COUNTERMEASURE:
1) The parts changed from "M51132L (Parts number: 00D9587036103)" to
"R2A15221SP (Parts number: 941239003280S)".
2) Change the "CPU PWB".
3) The parts changed from "CS8405A-CZZ (Part number: 00D9587067509)" to
"CS8406-CZZ (Part number: 00D9587067509)". (Compatible parts)
*The parts number does not change.
Caution!: 1) There is not compatibility before and after the change in parts for
(IC106, IC206, IC306 and IC406) and "CPU PWB".
2) The "CPU PWB" doesn't have the part number for "nsp".
