Subject: Correction of the Firmware via DFW (D&M Firmware Writer).
Countermeasure is applicable only upon claim from the customer.
Symptom: Crackling noise on surround back speakers during playback of
DTS-HD-MSTR 6.1 disc (BD "The Descent")
Solution: We corrected the firmware so that no malfunction occurs.
METHOD OF UPDATE: Update the firmware via RS232C. We will supply the
following program files for updating the subject models. Please refer to the
following Instruction Manual for updating.
