NEW SERVICE SOFTARE VERSION 271.02.00

New service software version 271.02.00 has been released for NSE-5.

Changes made from version 241.09.00 to version 271.02.00:

- Some minor improvements to User Settings and Data Transfer
functionality. (Earlier if the T9 never had been enabled and WinTesla tried
to dump the dictionary to a file, this transaction might fail)
- Phonebook data transfer works now, if the phone contains MCU software
version 4.88 or later
- Improvement to default WUG transferring (This might fail, if the phone's
MCU software version is lower than 4.88)

Note: For successful User Settings and Data Transfer functionality the
service software version 271.02.00 has to be used together with MCU
software version 4.88 (ref NSE-5 SB-020)
