NOT CHARGING WITH ACP-7 CHARGER
In some cases it has not been possible to charge NSE-8 with ACP-7 charger,
if the battery has been totally discharged. These cases can be verified by
trying to charge the battery with another charger ACP-8 or ACP-9: charging
should start normally within few minutes with those above mentioned
chargers but not with ACP-7.
If customer complains about charging and above situation can be verified
following components should be changed:
