The abnormal emission of light

Please modify if the following symptom occurs.
A panel emits light abnormally. (A common name : solarization, flicker, Dot noise)
Capacitor(C5063) on the Y-MAIN PWB deteriorated.
Please add the 10F capacitor in parallel with C5063 on the Y-MAIN PWB.
Add the 10F capacitor in parallel with C5063. Fix it silicon glue.
