Solution:

If the customer should complain of the symptom above please implement the following circuit change, on the UY Board. Add two jumpers to the UY board. Use 24AWG insulated wires as follows: 1. 2. D238 Anode to R1215 ground side. D201 Anode to C1205 ground side.

Add jumper between R1215 & Anode of D238 Board location: R1215 (Ground side) D238 (Anode side) Component side G-7. G-7.
