Preserving the rechargeable batteries To maximize the capacity and life of the rechargeable batteries, they should be fully charged for 16 hours before the first use and then fully discharged by normal use. Then recharge to full capacity again. The discharging/charging procedure should be done every six months. Cell-Pack Recycling Braun Oral-B Intercleaner At the end of the time-of-use of this product, for environmental protection, the nickel/cadmium-(NC)-cell pack must be correctly recycled. For this purpose, the following steps are necessary: · Fit the two slots on the bottom cap of the handle onto the protruding rim on the bottom of the charging unit. Turn the handle approximately 40° counterclockwise (direction of the arrow) to open it and take out cell. Do not incinerate.
