The customer will complain that the unit will intermittantly not operate.

Solution:

Replace System Control IC801 with the improved version MSC62408-101GSV1K. The part number for the improved part is 8-759-167-74. Note: Before replacing IC801 check connectors CN801 and CN301. Poor contact between the Master system controller and the Subsystem controller will cause similar symptoms.
