1. Safety Instruction
1.1 Basic information.
Full communication with customers is required, and learn how the trouble
happens and what the status is, which will be helpful in the efficient service.
Learn whether the trouble has conflict with technical standards.
1.2 Trouble Reappearance.
Please assure:
a. Whether the trouble exists as the customer described, and make initial
judgment , then decide the next operation;
b. Whether any other trouble exists;
c. May reset the machine under some instances. For example: when the
picture and color could not satisfy the customer, you could reset first and then
adjust it accordingly.
d. Avoid enlarge the trouble during maintenance.

1.3 Judgment and Maintenance
Judge the trouble and find the reason, then repair.
Note:1.Please cut off the power before disassemble and welding.
2. Read the manual carefully to learn security attentions.
Please obey the requirement of Disassemble drawing and description
strictly , use specified screw, take care not to make any scars on the unit
especially on the LCD. Please wear anti-electrostatic gloves when welding.
Please review the status of power, crystal, clock, input and output data.
Please read Spare part list if need any change.
Check the package and accessories when change a new unit to the
customer.

2.Work principle and electrical connection Diagram
2.1 Work principle
This TV could realize the signal output of RF, CVBS, S-VIDEO, SCART,
VGA, HDMI, CF card, SD card, USB 2.0. AV includes S-VIDEO and CVBS.
There are two Tuners in the machine, and the RF is connected to the main
Tuner, then to the secondary Tuner through RF wire. Two Tuner could
receive two RF signal and realize two pictures or multi pictures. This machine
could also support AV signal output and earphone signal input. The output
AV signal is effective at the status of AV or RF. Earphone could be used alone
and also output the signal of the second picture.

3.3.2 Power Board Theory
1. The standby and boot of power is decided by the electric level of the mini MCU
PIC16F72 STY pin before cutting of the power, the high level is standby status, and the
low level is boot status. Under the standby status, the 5 and 7 of T4 transformer will
supply 5V-STY voltage after the adjustment of D13, then the power flows to optical
coupling, and stable the voltage-regulator to 5V-STY together with D14. The circuit
combined with transformer T4 is a standby circuit, then if RE1 will cut off and the power
could be controlled within 1W. When MUC and STY pin send out the low level order,
the RE1 circuit will be closed and the power out of the main 2 circuits are 24V+/-12V
5V3.3V.
2. When the RE1 closed, the 90-264VAC powers in will be transferred into sine
wave by DB2. D3 will charge the C27 at first to avoid the burn and damage of MOS and
JM1. At the same time, U1 ML4800 will set up separate route and charge C25 through
R17 and R18, supplying the power needed for the VCC 13 pin of U1. The PFC circuit
starts to work, and on/off frequency built for 1, 2, 3, 4, 15, 16, 12 pins, the 13 pin of U1,
the 7.5V voltage of 14 pin, together with JM1, T2, and D8. When starts work, the
voltage and the space demands of 12 pin out is inverse, which means the voltage higher,
the space demands lower, the voltage lower, the space demands higher. When JM1 is
on, T3 is under the status of energy storage, and when JM1 is off, the stored energy of
T3 is released to C27 through D8, C27, R81, and R83, and stables the voltage of C27 to
380VDC. Through the 15 pin of U1, R26, R27 and R23 composed the voltage divided
resistance. If the voltage of C27 is lower than 380V, then the voltage of R23 will be lower
than 2.5V. Compared with of 2.5V voltage, 16 pin will output high level under this status,
and the space demands of on/off wave which controls the output of 12 pin is larger, then
the energy storage of T3 is up, and voltage of C27 is up. At the opposite status, the
voltage of C27 is down. The 3rd pin of U1 4800 is the sensing pin of PFC average
voltage mode. The maximum minus voltage on the 3 pin through R81 should not
overpass 1V. If the minus voltage overpasses 1V, the current is limited, and the voltage
of PFC will be cut down. Actually, the maximum configure on this board is only 0.7V.
The 4th pin is sensing pin of line voltage. It will detect the input voltage, and when the
voltage is lower down between the range of 264V and 80V, the zoom ratio of the 4th pin
is larger, and the space demands of the 12 pin of FPC is larger, then the current on the
PFC is larger. So when the input voltage is lower, the power output to C27 will not
change. The 2nd pin is sensing pin of working power. The purpose of this pin contains:
to make the frequency of every on/off current and working voltage maximum same, so
the PF close to 1 and current balance wave; and cut down the space demands of PFC
when sensing current up.
3. When on hard electricity, the PFC voltage of C27 PFC voltage achieved 380V
-2-3%, which we expected , switching power supply PWM only then starts to work,this
time, 5th pin of 4,800, namely soft-start pin, starts to charge, when imitates to 0.7V, the

PWM electric circuit started to work, the PWM work occupied empties ratio is cannot
surpass 50% when stirred up, therefore 4,800 has most greatly occupies empties ratio is
48% limit, by favored the protection switching power
supply the normal work. After the soft start, 11th pin output switch pulse signal, causes
the transformer T11 work, 6th and 7th pin of transformer T11 to provide a voltage supply
to 13th pin VCC of 4800, which is bigger than 13V but smaller than 17.5V through the
D15 rectification. This stirring transformer is only a live pressure, T8 stored energy
through D16 rectification, the C49 filter outputs 24V, the 24V constant voltage process is,
24V provides 2.5V voltage after R42 and R43 differential pressure, inputs to U6, in
TVL431, compare to the internal constant voltage source, when 24V output voltage is
lower, U6 pulls down U5 light coupling voltage that pulls down the 6th pin voltage of
4,800 , enlarges the 11 pin PWM occupied spatial ratio, and enlarges 24V output,
causes the 24V voltage rise. Otherwise, it drops down.
Another group of FS7M0880 switching power supply, when PFC voltage 380V gets
up, VCC 3rd pin of U3, FS7M0880 begin to charge through R65, when VCC arrives 13 -
16V, 5 pin electric capacities softly starts to charge and begin to work. 5th and 6th pin of
