DISASSEMBLY
1. TILT/SWIVEL REMOVAL Set the monitor faces bottom. Remove two screws Pressing the latch , carefully remove the Tilt/swivel by pulling it upward. 3. TOP SHIELD REMOVAL Remove four screws . Remove four screws . Remove four screws .

2. BACK COVER REMOVAL Remove two screw covers . Remove four screws from the Back Cover. Slide the Back Cover away from the Front Cabinet of the monitor.

4. FRONT CABNET & VIDEO ASSEMBLY REMOVAL Remove four screws . P605 and P606(pin) from the Main PCB. Remove tow screws from the Main Bracket to separate it from the Chassis Assembly and Front Cabinet. Discharge the remaining static electricity by shorting between the Anode Cap and the CRT ground. Disconnect the Anode Cap from the CRT. Carefully separate the CRT Assembly from the CRT neck.

5. CRT & CRT FRAME ASSEMBLY REMOVAL Disconnect P902 (Degaussing pin) and P701(DY pin) from the Main PCB. Carefully separate the CRT Assembly from the Main Bracket. Remove five screws . Remove the CRT Frame from the Main Bracket.

7. BOTTOM BRACKET REMOVAL Remove four screws . Remove four screws . Remove the Bottom Bracket from the Main Bracket.

6. INTERFACE PCB ASSEMBLY REMOVAL Disconnect P551, P552 and P553 from the Interface PCB assembly. Remove four screws . Remove the Interface PCB assembly from the Bottom Bracket. Remove six screws . Disconnect remaining connectors from the Interface PCB assembly.

8. MAIN PCB ASSEMBLY REMOVAL Remove six screws . Remove the Main PCB from the Main Bracket.
