Corrective action: Replace T302 defective Transformer on the power unit with new one.

How to detect a defective transformer by DC-resistance measurement: 1) Bad case Replace defective the transformer with new one.

2) Open circuit Replace defective the transformer with new one.

3) Good case Confirm if the resistance is ~ 1k as shown below, after replacing the defective transformer with new one.
