Supply of the toner receiving sheet for the process unit as a service part

AR-M256/M316 The toner receiving sheet attached to the process unit is supplied as a service part so as to replace it in the market. (See exhibit for the replacement procedure.) When replacing the toner receiving sheet, the red moquette F (PSEL-0070QSZZ) and R (PSEL-0071QSZZ) must also be replaced with new ones.

Toner receiving sheet replacement procedure
(1) Remove the auxiliary blade and 2 separating claws.

(2) Remove the red moquette (F and R).

(3) Mark the end position of the toner receiving sheet (urethane sheet section) before replacement. · It is the reference position when replacing the toner receiving sheet. · Mark the end position of either F or R.

(4) Peel off the toner receiving sheet. · Remove the double-sided tape completely. (5) Attach the toner receiving sheet (for replacement). (See figure below for details.) Align the PET end face of the toner receiving sheet with the toner receiving plate edge. Align the end face of the toner receiving sheet with the position marked in step (3).

(6) Mount the red moquette (F/R) and 2 separating claws. (7) When mounting the drum, check that there is no space between drum and toner receiving sheet.
