Description of Change: Replace three resistors on the top side of the package with RoHS-
compliant versions.

Reason for Change: AMD recently discovered that the three resistors on the top side of the
package have a small amount of lead (Pb) in the terminal plating. Even
though each resistor contains only 0.024 milligrams of Pb in the plating,
the resulting solder joints exceed the EU directive requirement of less
than 0.1% Pb per homogeneous material.
Application Impact: There is no impact to the quality, form, fit, or functionality of the
product
Production Shipment Date: New product available May 15, 2006
Old Part Final Order Date: The last order date for the old OPNs will be when we exhaust our
inventory of non-compliant material.
