he Probe feature and then start a cooking cycle, the
Temperature Probe feature shuts itself off

Background:
When the customer selects the Temperature Probe feature and inserts the Temperature
Probe into the probe jack in the oven, the Temperature Probe icon is visible next to the

clock. However, when they begin a cooking cycle, the feature shuts itself off automatically.
Solution:
The Temperature Probe may not be fully inserted into the probe jack in the oven cavity.

The Temperature Probe icon will illuminate when the probe is only partially inserted, but

the oven will not detect the Probe during a cooking cycle and the feature will cancel itself.
