Model 4200-CVU-PROBER-KIT
The Keithley Instruments Model 4200-CVU-PROBER-KIT is a collection of commonly used accessories used
to take standard capacitance-voltage measurements on a variety of probers. This kit includes 3m cables to
complement the 1.5m cables that come standard with the Model 4200-CVU and Model 4200-CVU upgrade
products. Please refer to the individual packing lists for the 7078-TRX-GND and 7078-TRX-BNC for further
