Disassembly and Reassembly Q320 Part Picture Description 1. As shown in picture, adhere Knob to the end closely into the arrow direction(1), then push the battery up (2). 1 2 1 2. Picture when the battery is separated Main System 3. Remove the Bottom screw. After removing the Screw for fixing HDD remove the INSULATOR by lifting the HDD up to about 70 degrees direction. : M2 X L4, Silver (2EA) Main System 7. Disassembly and Reassembly Part Picture Description 8. Push the HOOK up inwards by using a pin-set and then lift the keyboard up. [Caution] Be careful not to scratch on top of the keyboard or LCD panel when you push the hook up. 9. Lift the top side of the keyboard up carefully as shown in the picture Main System 10. Lift the keyboard up, and then take the FPC out after lifting the Connector Lock. 11. Remove the screw(2 EA) to separate the Front Cover. Separate the Touch Pad by pushing the connector to the arrow direction after removing the insulating paper by lift. 13. Separate it by lifting up by holding the center part of the Top as shown in the picture. [Caution] Do not enforce excessive strength when you lift the Top up. It may cause a damage or brake the Bottom Cover. Main System 14. Picture when the Front Cover is separated 15.
