They are colour coded, RED for the load side, BLACK for the battery negative side, see Figure 5 below. THE MEASURING SHUNT MUST BE CONNECTED IN THE NEGATIVE LEAD GOING TO THE LOAD. Note: The Battery Negative of the Seminar II should be connected to the Shunt side of the fuse.
