EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL TOSHIBA BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR DAMAGES, INCLUDING ANY LOSS OF PROFITS. In addition, Toshiba may, at any time, terminate this Agreement immediately upon written notice. Upon termination of this Agreement, you must crash the CD-ROM disc on which the Software is contained. 9. In addition to the above, you are required to comply with the terms and conditions for use of Acrobat Reader. Toshiba expressly disclaims any warranties with respect to Acrobat Reader.
