Cause This is due to contact failure between the heat roller bearing and the ground plate of the Fuser unit. Solution The ground plate (Plate earth fuser) has been changed as follows: 1. The material has been changed (Hardened) from SUS 304CSP1/2H to SUS 304CSPH 2. The shape (Angle) has been changed. Abnormal image sample There should be no gap between the heat roller bearing and the ground plate of the Fuser unit.
