CRTs found to be defective after the ninety (90) day period and up to twelve (12) months from date of shipment will be exchanged at no charge for the material. Tektronix will repair or replace. at its option. those System componeots which Tektronix determines to be defective within the warranty period. In addition. in those areas where Tektronix has service centers available for this system, on-site warranty repair is provided at no charge during the first ninety (90) days from date of shipment. Tektronix shall be under no obligation to furnish warranty service if: a. Attempts to install. repair. or service the equipmen are made by perso nel other then Tektronix service representatives. b. Modifications are made to the hardware or software by personnel other than Thktronix service representatives. c.
