It is written for the programmer who debugs system and application programs. The text explains those aspects of system control pertinent to debugging, tells what information each debugging facility offers, and outlines procedures for obtaining and interpreting dumps. The various types of storage dumps available under the MFT and MVT control programs and event tracing facilities are described ..
