DESCRIPTION
Using the latest high voltage MESH OVERLAYTMII
process, STMicroelectronics has designed an ad-
vanced family of power MOSFETs with outstanding
performances. The new patent pending strip layout INTERNAL SCHEMATIC DIAGRAM
