How to remove the CD manually from the tray
1. Please do as below instruction in case the tray can not be open:
I. II. Power off the DVD player. Please gently push the guider and wait until the tray comes out. (Figure1/2)

Software upgrade (for DVP3310/DVP3310K)
How to upgrade the software 1) Burn the data onto a blank CD-R or RW disc. 1) 2) A. Procedure for software upgrade: B. Read out the Firmware version to confirm the upgrading Power on the set and Open the tray door. Press <9><6><6>button to check the software information. The software version and other information are display on the TV screen as follows: BE Version: DVP33XX_XX.XX FE Version: XXXX.XXXXXX DSP Version: DSP.XX Region Code: X
1) Power on the set and insert the prepared Upgrade CDR. 2) The set will starts reading disc & response with the following display TV screen: Loading Firmware Upgrade Erase and program.

Select OK to start upgrade. Press button to confirm, then screen will
display : Firmware Upgrade Programming, Please Wait... Do not Switch the Player Off ! 4) The upgraded disc will automatically out when files coping complete, then take out the disc. 5) About 1 minute later, the tray will automatically close when upgrading complete.
Caution: The set must not be power off during upgrading, Otherwise the Main board will be damaged entirely.
Region Code Change
1) Power on the set and open the tray door; 2) Press "9" "8" "7" "9" and press the region code number (0-6) on the remote control.
Notes: restart after above steps.

Software upgrade (for DVP3350/DVP3380/DVP3360/DVP3354/DVP3360K/DVP3358K/DVP3388K)
Preparation to upgrade software * 1) Start the CD Burning software and create a new CD project (Data Disc) with the following setting: Label: DVP3XXX(K) (No need the label name) B. Read out the software versions to confirm upgrading 1) Power on the set and press button on the remote control. 2) Press<1><3><7><9> button or press down cursor on remote control to choose "Preference" and press right & down cursors to choose "Version Info". The software version and other information are display Note: It is required capital letter for the File System name. 2) Burn the data onto a blank CDR on the TV screen as follows:
File Name: DVPXXXX(K)_XX.BIN Power on the set and open the tray, then press <5><5> to check the File Name.

Procedure for software upgrade: Power on the set and insert the prepared Upgrade CDR.

The set will starts reading disc & response with the following display TV screen: Upgrade File DETECTED Upgrade? Press Play TO START.

Press button to confirm, then screen will display : Files coping... UPGRADING...
* The other upgrade SW way is by memory, the steps are the same as CDR's, create the upgrade file into memory, and connect the USB flash drive to the USB socket on set, then press "USB" on remote control to access the content and play the upgrade file as above upgrade procedure.

The upgraded tray will automatically open when files coping complete, then take out the disc.

About 1 minute later, the trace will automatically close when upgrading complete.
Caution: The set must not be power off during upgrading, Otherwise the Main board will be damaged entirely.
Region Code Change
1) Power on the set and open the tray door; 2) Press the "Setup" button on the remote control,then the setup interface should be displayed on the TV screen; 3) Move the down cursor on remote control to choose "Reference" and press "1" "3" "8" "9" "3" "1" on the remote control; 4) Then move the up or down cursors to choose the region code.
Note: restart after above steps.
