Procedimento de inspeção e troca 1. Remover a unidade de motor zoom da unidade principal. 2. Remover os 4 pontos de solda do motor zoom. 3. Remover os dois parafusos que fixam a unidade de motor zoom. 2/3 4. Confirme o funcionamento do Zoom manualmente. 4.1. Gire o tambor da lente em sentido anti-horário até a posição de abertura da lente, conforme demonstrado abaixo. engrenagens Gire o tambor da lente em sentido horário e anti-horário, verificando se o bloco está se movimentando corretamente ou se existe algum atrito 4.2. Gire o tambor da lente em sentido horário e anti-horário, quatro ou cinco vezes, verificando se o bloco está se movimentando corretamente ou se existe algum atrito, como: *algum ponto que não está se movimentando suavemente *torcendo o tambor da lente durante o curso *algum ponto muito duro quando estiver girando o tambor da lente. 4.3. Durante o curso do tambor da lente verifique também as condições das engrenagens, como detalhado abaixo: *sem deformação nas engrenagens. *sem danos nos dentes das engrenagens. 4.4. Se tudo estiver ok, passe para a próxima etapa. Agora, caso verifique algum problema você deverá substituir o bloco de lente. 5. Instale a unidade de motor zoom no bloco de lente e colocar os dois parafusos que fixam a unidade de motor zoom. 6. Soldar os 4 pontos de solda do motor zoom. 7. Faça os ajustes elétricos, conforme o manual de serviço: *Ajuste de Flange back *Ajuste do Mechanical shutter 8. Inspeção Final (Nenhuma obstrução de função e imagem) 8.1. Função Zoom *Confirmar a definição de imagem nas cinco posições (conforme figura). 3/3 *Teste a abertura e o fechamento do bloco, verificando a presença de ruídos excessivos durante a operação mecânica e movimentação do bloco. 8.2. Imagem com Zoom * Durante o zoom, a imagem não deve pular ou chacoalhar no LCD e EVF. 8.3. Posição do tambor *Durante a abertura e o fechamento do tambor, verifique o ruído excessivo e a posição de abertura e fechamento da lente. 8.4. Dano no gabinete 8.5.
