B1500A/B1505A EasyEXPERT Software Update

This document contains the following:

Software Requirements
=====================
In order to update the EasyEXPERT Rev. A.05.04 or prior revisions to
Rev. A.05.50 or later revisions, the following software are required.
- Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1
- Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1
NOTE:
If your computer does not install all required software, install them
in the above sequence.
If your computer does not install a software, install it and the
following software. For example, if your computer does not install
Microsoft Windows Installer 3.1, install it, and
Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 Service Pack 1 in this sequence.
The required software are stored in the EasyEXPERT Updater
Prerequisites folder in this Package.
Update Instructions
===================
To update the B1500A/B1505A EasyEXPERT Software, follow the procedure below.
1. If the downloaded file is saved to a PC, copy it to B1500A/B1505A by using a media such as CD-R/DVD-R/USB memory.
2. On B1500A/B1505A, if you see [Start EasyEXPERT] button on the screen,
close the window by clicking "x" button on the window title bar.
3. Expand the contents of the downloaded file into a working folder as follows.
a) Go to the folder where the downloaded file is saved and open the folder.
b) Place the pointer on the downloaded file and click the mouse right bitton and select "Extract All...".
NOTE: If any unzip tool is installed, the above may not work.
In this case, follow the instruction of the tool.
Below is an example for the tool "winzip".
- Firstly double-click the donloaded file, then click "unzip" in the menu bar.
Then specify the folder and click "unzip".
4. Double click the index.html file in the expanded folder.
5. Click "Update EasyEXPERT" icon and follow the instructions of the setup wizard.
6. Wait for installation to complete, and restart the B1500A/B1505A.
