You put your tokens in, hit the spin reel knob... no problem. The reels spin immediately and smoothly. You hit the stop reel buttons and NOTHING. The reels won't stop and the stop reel buttons do not respond. Here are the most common solutions to this problem. 1. Your stop reel buttons are dirty and sticking. If only one or two of your stop reel buttons are not working then it may be that they are dirty and sticking. Push each button in and clean the edges around the buttons the best you can. Then, while pushing the buttons in, spray around the edges with a quick spray of silicone. Wipe off the excess and work the buttons in and out until they more freely. 2. The cables are loose. Check all cables coming into and going out of the stop reel buttons. It is not unusual for these cables to become loose especially after shipping or after you have moved your machine. Follow the wires and make sure they are not being pinched anywhere. 3. The stop reel board cable is loose. The stop reel board is located (in most machines) to the right of the reels and is mounted to the inside of the machine box. Check all cables entering this board. This is the board that is responsible for stopping the reels as you hit the stop reel buttons. 4. The stop reel board fuse is blown. Check and replace the fuse on the stop reel board. Most have fuses and it is not uncommon for these fuses to need replacing especially after shipping. 5. The stop reel board needs to be replaced. The last resort is to replace the stop reel board. Each board has a part number printed on the board itself - not the paper sticker that is on the board, this number is actually embossed onto the board. Search for it online and replace your stop reel board with an exact board by matching the part number. http://www.pachislos.net |
