| Chip capacitor C2143 (100nF) was found to have an 82R leak which was dragging down the supply to pin 1 of the TDA4665 (IC7140) from 4v9 to 1v6. This stopped the chip from outputting the delayed R-Y & B-Y signals. A ceramic alternative mounted on the print side of the board restored normal pictures.
